Question I want to answer I recently read a New York Times article on the drug overdose crisis in New Hampshire. The article reported that the State has the second highest drug-induced death rate in the country. My initial thought was that it could not be. I mean I heard of the problem, but the second worst in the whole country? The State consistently ranks at or near the top of many criteria, including median household income and educational attainment.
